As all our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, personal preferences, or ordering mistakes.
Eligible for Replacement or Refund
We will gladly provide a replacement or refund if:

You receive a damaged product.

You receive a defective product.

You receive the wrong item.

The product has a manufacturing defect.
To be eligible, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order and provide:

Your order number.

Clear photos of the product showing the issue.

A brief description of the problem.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund as applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect size selected by the customer.

Change of mind.

Color variation caused by screen display differences.

Minor variations in print placement.

Orders placed with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Refund Processing
If your refund request is approved:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider or bank.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations cannot be accepted.
Returned-to-Origin (RTO) Orders
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping the order.
