Order Processing

All products are made-to-order.

• Standard production time: 2–3 business days

• All-Over Print (AOP) products: 4–5 business days

• Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays

Once your order has been produced, it will be handed over to our shipping partners for delivery.

Shipping Time

After dispatch, estimated delivery times are:

• Air Shipping: 3–6 business days

• Surface Shipping: 4–8 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping may be offered on selected products, promotions, or orders.

• Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (where applicable) so you can monitor your shipment status.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

Urbanova is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If an incorrect address, phone number, or pincode is provided, delivery delays, failed deliveries, or returned shipments may occur. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping returned orders.

Returned-to-Origin (RTO)

Orders returned due to:

• Incorrect address

• Customer unavailable during delivery attempts

• Refusal to accept delivery

may incur additional shipping charges for re-dispatch.

International Shipping

Currently, Urbanova ships only within India unless otherwise stated on our website.
